Alexander co-founded PUBLIC and is the Chief Executive Officer. Alexander previously worked in investment banking and private equity for 8 years at a top-quartile fund. Subsequently Alexander has become a venture investor and entrepreneur, building the healthtech startup Doctify, and is also a non-executive board member of Heineken.
Louise is the Director of Workforce Transformation at PUBLIC. Louise leads the Transformation team who deliver a range of transformation and learning training programmes to benefit colleagues from across the public sector. Alongside working with the IT sector specifically to build learning pathways, Louise has a significant track record in delivering national learning and change programmes within the FE sector, Schools Sector and more recently the NHS where she supported NHS digital leaders by designing and delivering the first national and system wide and digital, data and technology graduate fast-track programme. Louise is passionate about creating learning and transformation programmes for all areas of the public sector, to support our colleagues to deliver high quality services in challenging times.
Charlotte is Head of Learning Delivery in the Learning & Workforce Transformation team. She is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery and scaling of our flagship innovation training programmes across central government and the broader public sector. Charlotte is motivated by building organisational capability through skills & training and has worked across multiple sectors (Education, Tech, Business). Previous to joining PUBLIC, Charlotte worked in Partnerships at Be the Business, an organisation which increases productivity across UK SMEs, and was an early team member at tech company Multiverse, transforming businesses via digital and tech apprenticeships, as well as formally training as a Science teacher with Teach First at the start of her career.
Gil is a Lead Curriculum and Learning Experience Designer in the Learning and Workforce Transformation team. His work focuses on the learning and curriculum development across the different transformation programmes. Gil is passionate about understanding how people learn and enabling impactful and motivating learning in different contexts.Prior to joining Public Gil was a curricular designer and manager at The Brilliant Club on the Researchers in Schools programme, and before that a maths teacher. Gil also has experience as a school governor and is the co-founder of a prestigious ultimate frisbee club in East London.
Juan is a Learning Design Manager in the Learning and Workforce Transformation at PUBLIC, where he is helping to shape the learning experiences offered by the PUBLIC School of Technology. An ex-teacher, Juan is passionate about high quality education, and committed to designing learning experiences that equip public servants with the skills they need to drive public innovation.
Alonso is a Senior Associate and Project Manager at PUBLIC. In this role, he has undertaken government advisory work with special focus on digital regulation, online harms and trust & safety technologies. Prior to PUBLIC, Alonso qualified as a lawyer in Peru and spent 6 years in regulatory and policy roles, both in the private and public sectors, with expertise in telecommunications and industrial strategy.
Nathan is a Senior Associate in the Learning and Workforce Transformation team at PUBLIC. He works within the PUBLIC School of Technology to conduct learning-oriented user research, delivering bespoke training programmes to government departments across the UK. Nathan holds a BA in Economics and Politics, and has a background in learning development, content design and user research within the GovTech sector.
Ken is a Senior Associate at PUBLIC and helps deliver a smooth operation of the Percy Hobart Fellowship with the Learning and Workforce Transformation. Ken has also recently worked on the development of the Public School of Technology - PUBLIC's learning offering for public servants. Prior to Public, Ken worked in an IT support role at a French multinational company in Nigeria and then an Educational charity in North London.
Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Learning and Workforce Transformation team at PUBLIC where she works on business development activities including bidding for public sector contracts, creating private sector partnerships, and driving internal business processes. Her work is particularly aligned with our Data Services and Events & Campaigns domains. Prior to working for PUBLIC Lucy completed an Undergraduate Degree in Politics and International Relations, Philosophy and Economics with a Liberal Arts Diploma, before starting work as an Income Officer for a not-for-profit Housing Association, where she supported tenants to sustain their tenancies throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. She then went on to work for the Ministry of Justice, HMCTS, where she supported a Judge in the Court of Appeal. Lucy is passionate about the impact that driving digital transformation in the public sector can have on the end user, and unlocking the potential it has to bring about positive change to society as a whole
Ezgi is an Associate at PUBLIC in the Learning & Workforce Transformation team, where she works on digital transformation and innovation programmes for the public sector. Ezgi holds a Masters of Public Policy and has a background in open-source intelligence and international relations with a focus on the Middle East.
Olivia is an Associate at PUBLIC. As part of the Learning and Workforce Transformation Team, she works on digital transformation and innovation programmes for the public sector. Olivia is committed to work that minimises skills gaps to enhance the effectiveness of public service. Prior to PUBLIC, Olivia completed an Undergraduate Degree in Politics and Philosophy, specialising in Big Data Ethics and Politics. Alongside this, Olivia lead a socio-educational initiative teaching digital skills to formerly incarcerated women.
