Alex is the Global Lead, Government Azure Strategy at Microsoft and former CIO of Canada. He is an experienced public, private and Crown executive, board member and Change enthusiast. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Ottawa, Alex served as a Medical Assistant in the Canadian Armed Forces. He also served in various capacities at Global Affairs Canada. More recently, he has also served as VP of OpenText, President and CEO of Ingenium and Partner at KPMG Canada.
Arūnė is a public entrepreneur with a strong analytical management consulting background. She has recently worked on the award-winning GovTech Lab Lithuania - from the idea stage to building a fully operational team and expanding its strategic objectives.
Healthtech advisor and mentor with expertise building digital, mission-driven communities within the NHS and advising at a national level around innovation. Founder of Sector Three Digital, an accelerator that supports health and social care organisations to navigate digital.
Johnny has led a number of PUBLIC’s government consulting and advisory projects, including working with the Dutch government to design a GovTech strategy, and the Cabinet Office on its civil service reform programme. With expertise in procurement of technology and innovation, he sits on the UK government procurement advisory panel. Before PUBLIC, he worked with a number of universities on behavioural science and startup-related projects.
Ram is a Senior Associate at PUBLIC, working on transformation and advisory projects for European Governments. His areas of interest include: digital innovation strategy, public procurement, government commercial models, and regulation. He works across all Government Sectors with a particular focus on HealthTech, Cyber and Online Harms.
Maddy is a healthtech CEO. She has experience working for the Care Quality Commission shaping their strategic agenda and Number 10 Downing Street, advising PM David Cameron. She has been a Harkness Fellow in health policy and practice at UC Berkeley, California.
